The Code of Conduct is an all inclusive document that deals with the obligations of Councillors with fellow Councillors, staff members and governance practices.

Councillor Conduct Panels
Councillor Conduct Panels are an independent body that may determine disputes between Councillors and/or concerns about a Councillor's behaviour. Conduct Panels are the last stage in Maroondah City Council's processes for resolving disputes or behavioural issues.
