Committee of Management Grants
The Committee of Management Support Scheme provides a resource program to assist and support Council's Special Committees of Management established under Section 86 of the Local Government Act.
Funding is provided for capital improvements or facility planning for the specific reserves or facilities. Projects should not exceed $6,000, must meet the eligibility criteria and clearly identify the target and need.
Committee of Management Grants are usually advertised in late January. Applications close mid April.
Eligibility Criteria
Projects must:
- Meet a demonstrated need within the facility
- Complement or improve existing facilities
- Provide long term benefit for the facility or its environment
- Meet the cost of reserve master plans for immediate or staged developments
