Resident parking permit – non Ringwood Metropolitan Activity Area application form

A resident parking permit allows people to park in their own street where restrictions usually apply.

To apply for a parking permit:

  1.  Check the list of streets to see if your residential street is eligible for a permit.  A maximum of 2 permits per residential address will be issued.

  2. Complete the resident parking application form:

  3. Attach supporting documents You need to supply a copy of two documents featuring your name and address (see application form for details).

  4. Submit your application and documents to Council (there are no fees for Non-RMAC parking permits):
    in person at a Council service centre
    by mail: PO Box 156, Ringwood 3134

Your resident parking permit will be sent to you within 10 business days from the date we receive your application, documents and fee.
