Maroondah Arts Advisory Committee – Expressions of Interest

The Maroondah community has told us they want to live in a creative and vibrant city where the arts and culture are recognised and celebrated as part of everyday life.

Maroondah is experiencing an exciting stage of growth and development in arts and cultural interest, activity and profile. In order to assist in further realising the community’s aspirations for a culturally rich and vibrant Maroondah, Council established an Arts Advisory Committee in May 2018. Council is currently inviting Expressions of Interest in order to expand on the number of community and industry representatives on the Committee.

The Maroondah Arts Advisory Committee Expressions of Interest close midnight, Sunday 11 August 2019.

Committee objectives

The purpose of the Maroondah Arts Advisory Committee is to inform and advise Council on realising the community’s vision for a creative and culturally vibrant Maroondah as outlined in Maroondah 2040 and key Council cultural policies and strategies, including the Arts and Cultural Development Strategy
