Getting there and accessibility at Maroondah Festival

festival-1.jpg

Park and ride

To ensure, hassle free access to Maroondah Festival, we encourage festival-goers to park and ride or travel and ride to the event.

We offer continuous free shuttle service operating in a loop from Eastfield Park to Croydon Train Station to the event site, taking approximately 20 - 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

There is the option to park and walk from Eastfield Park along the Taralla Creek Trail, which is approximately a two kilometre walk.

Bicycle access

There is free bike parking at our Maroondah Festival event, on the eastern side of the Athletics Oval near Keystone Hall.

Accessibility

Marveloo (a mobile Changing Places toilet for people with profound disabilities) is also available at Maroondah Festival on the day.

Located outside the Croydon Library, this shady grassed quiet area is a place for families to take some respite from the Festival. The James N Stevens Lawn will be transformed into a beautiful ‘Sense of Self - sensory garden’ exploring a colourful hand-crafted space made from materials including recycled fabrics and yarn.

Feed and Change Area

There is a feed and change area located in the Eastland Kids Kingdom as well as a secondary location in the Swinburne Cafeteria on Norton Road.
