The staff of Maroondah provide services ranging from school crossing supervision through to public health. There are few industries that need to provide such a vast array of services and business functions that local councils provide for their individual community. Maroondah is fortunate to have the calibre of staff it has and their attitudes and diligence are a reflection of a leadership that fosters innovation, achievement and service.
Maroondah has a population of around 105,000 and is home to over 6,000 businesses employing many local people while also bringing many visitors to the city.
