Overhanging Branches
Branches overhanging the footpath need to be cut back if they are at a height of less than 3 metres. The address of the property can be passed onto Local Laws who will serve a notice to comply to the property owner requesting that the branches be cut back within 14 days. If not complied with, Council will arrange for the pruning and the costs charged to the property owner.
