Information regarding flood prone areas, bushfire areas, overland drainage etc. can be obtained by lodging a Property Information application.
You can apply for information relating to Regulations 326 (2) and 610 by downloading an application below, or making a request online.
Information available:
Building Regulations 326 (2) and 610 - cost $41
Information as to whether the building or land is in an area:
- Liable to flooding within the meaning of regulation 802.
- Designated under regulation 803, as an area in which buildings are likely to be subject to infestation by termites.
- A designated bush fire prone area determined under regulation 804.
- An area determined under regulation 805 to be likely to be subject to significant snowfalls.
- Designated land or works within the meaning of regulation 806 (uncontrolled overland drainage).
- Storm water drainage - point of discharge.
- Street type (Declared Road or Non-Declared).
