Information regarding flood prone areas, bushfire areas, overland drainage etc. can be obtained by lodging a Property Information application.

You can apply for information relating to Regulations 326 (2) and 610 by downloading an application below, or making a request online.

Information available:

Building Regulation 326 (2) - cost $45.35

Information as to whether the building or land is in an area:

liable to flooding (regulation 802)
in which buildings are likely to be subject to infestation by termites (regulation 803)
that is a designated bushfire prone area (regulation 804)
likely to be subject to significant snowfalls (regulation 805)
subject to uncontrolled overland drainage (regulation 806)
with street type Declared or Non-declared

Building Regulation 610 - cost $56.75

To apply online:

Register to use the online system, giving your name, address and delivery preferences.
We will send you an email confirming your details.
Sign in using your password and request certificates.
Register for online certificates.

Applications and payment can be made:

in person using the following form and paying by cheque, cash, EFTPOS or credit card at any Council Customer Service Centre
by forwarding the form and a cheque to:
