Richard is a long standing Ringwood estate agent and valuer whose business is located in the Transit City precinct.  He is Past President of the Ringwood Historical Society.  Richard has contributed his time, energy and skill to his local community for over 35 years.

A local resident and a Minister in Urban Life Church, he is also a consultant working with Aged Care and Disability Service Providers and a member of two charities providing support for young people at risk.

Linda Hancock is a Member of Victoria Police and works in the Crime Prevention Unit. Linda is also a local resident of Maroondah with her husband and their two children who attend a local primary school.

Sandra is a member of the Croydon Conservation Society - a local association aimed at creating awareness of global conservation.  Sandra is also on the Steering Committee for the 2008 Maroondah Readers and Writers Festival which will be held in October.

Dawn Oliffe

Dawn is particularly keen on working with the Community Reference Group to make Ringwood a safer, cleaner and more beautiful place which encourages walking and access by people of all abilities. Dawn is a regular public transport user and aims to bring the views of the travelling public and residents to the Community Reference Group.

Terry has extensive business and community involvement over the past 20 years and is on the executive board of the Ringwood Chamber of Commerce.  Terry is also an Executive committee member of the VTDA (Victorian Tyre Dealers Association) which is part of the VACC (Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce) and an Executive member of the Franchise Advisory Council within the Bob Jane Group.

Local resident and chair of Maroondah Combined Pensioners and Superannuants Association Inc., Steve is a regular user of public transport and has gained a vast amount of experience locally, interstate and overseas whilst using public transport.

Bronwyn Harcourt

Bronwyn is Principal of Croydon Community School and a long-term local resident. She is also a Board member of the Outer Eastern Local Learning and Employment Network and a member of the Croydon Partners in Safety Committee. Bronwyn has a strong interest in issues relating to the education of at-risk youth as a means to improving community.

Brendan Forde

Brendan, who is blind, has been a resident in Ringwood all his life. Brendan is interested in the future planning of the Transit City and is very involved in all sorts of community activities.

Kylie Spears

Kylie is a resident of Ringwood and has 2 children attending local schools.  Kylie is chair of Our Lady's Primary School Education Board and co-chair of Our Lady's Parish & School Fete Committee.  Kylie takes an interest in anything that impacts on where she lives and a strong belief in giving back to the local community.

The independent chair of the Ringwood CAD Community Reference Group is Des Bethke, Principal Consultant of Hunt and Hunt Consulting who brings to the role a wealth of professional experience having chaired a number of complex committees and groups. These include the State Inter-Department Management Committee for the Scoresby Transport Corridor Environmental Effects Statement, the Eastern Freeway Extension Community Liaison Group and the Hallam Bypass Community Liaison Group.
