Roadside Trading
Private operators who conduct sales on the roadside, such as flower stalls, require a permit. A yearly fee applies for this permit. Due to limited availablity of sites, no permits are currently available to commercial organisations.

Temporary Roadside Trading permit
Temporary Roadside Trading permits may be issued to 'Not for Profit' organisations such as Christmas Tree sellers etc.
No fee will apply for these temporary permits, but a Certificate of Currency of $10million Public Liablity will need to be provided by the organisation.
