Shopping trolleys that are not returned to their owner are considered litter. They can be a hazard to road users and are unsightly in our parks and reserves.
Residents and businesses are encouraged to report abandoned trolleys in the following ways:
- Go to TrolleyTracker or free call 1800 641 497 for the following retailers:
- Woolworths/Safeway
- Target
- Big W
- Dan Murphy's
- Go to 1800TROLLY or free call 1800 876 553 for the following retailers:
- Coles
- Kmart
- Target
- Bunnings
- Officeworks
- Bi-lo
- 1st Choice
- Call Marondah City Council on 1300 88 22 33.
- Maroondah City Council will collect and impound the trolley and charge the owner for the trolley's release.
