Supported Residential Services Health and Wellbeing Program
The Supported Residential Services (SRS) Health and Wellbeing program seeks to identify the community involvement needs of HACC eligible clients under 60 who are experiencing social isolation, including those living in Pension Level Supported Residential Services (SRS) within the City Of Maroondah.
The SRSs involved with Maroondah include:
- Bellden Lodge, Croydon
- Dunelm, Croydon
- L’Abri, Ringwood.

About the program
The SRS Program seeks to identify community involvement needs and supports community wellbeing in line with principles from Maroondah City Council’s Community and Wellbeing Plan within an Active Service Model approach.
