Maroondah City Council uses an e-Tendering system to list and manage its tenders online. 

e-Tendering not only lists Council's tenders online but provides tenderers easier access to tender documents and to submit tender responses online.

Lodging Tenders Electronically:

Tenders are to be submitted electronically using the e-tendering system ( www.evalua.com.au/etb/marcc )

Tenderers will be required to login using the username/password used to download the tender documents.

Tenderers lodging their submission electronically should allow sufficient time to ensure their submission has been fully uploaded (committed) by the closing time and date as submissions will not be accepted after this time.

The e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the closing time and date with any incomplete uploads halted -meaning your tender will not have been accepted.

It is the sole responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure tenders are fully uploaded (committed) by the closing time and date. Council will not accept late tenders.
