EoI - Management and operation of the Cafe at Ringwood Golf Course

Maroondah City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and financially stable organisations to undertake the management and operation of the Café at Ringwood Golf Course located in Canterbury Road, Ringwood (Melway Ref. 63 G1).
The Café has an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows that offer stunning 180-degree views across the Golf Course. Council is looking for a professional organisation that has the passion and vision to promote and grow the café and function business so it is well utilised by the community.

Expression of Interests must be lodged in the tender box at Council’s Braeside Avenue, Ringwood offices by 2pm on Tuesday 29 July 2008.

Supply & Implementation - EDMS
Contract No. 20475
Tenders are invited from suitable organisations for the supply, implementation and maintenance of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) across all Council facilities. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate experience in similar projects.
Tender documents will be available to purchase from Wednesday 11 June 2008 for a non-refundable payment of $115.
Tenders must be lodged in the tender box at Council’s Braeside Avenue, Ringwood offices by 2.00pm on Wednesday 9 July 2008.
Late tenders or tenders received electronically will not be accepted under any circumstances. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Enquiries by facsimile to the Coordinator Contracts & Purchasing on (03) 9298 4409.
Lodging Tenders
Tenders may be lodged in one of two ways:
Hand delivered to: Tender Box, Ringwood Offices, Braeside Avenue, Ringwood or
Posted to: Tender Box, Maroondah City Council, PO Box 156, Ringwood 3134
Tenders submitted by mail should be posted early enough to enable them to be received by Council at least one working day prior to the closing date. It is the sole responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure tenders have been placed in the Tender Box by the closing time and date. Council will not accept late tenders or tenders received electronically.
