Public immunisation sessions

COVID-19 update

Council is monitoring the progress of the COVID-19 pandemic and closely following advice and direction from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

We are continuing to operate our immunisation service to ensure the community is protected from vaccine preventable diseases, while taking into account the required social distancing and hygiene practices.

From Monday 6 April until Friday 30 April all sessions will now be held at:

  • Karralyka, Mines Road, Ringwood East
  • Croydon Senior Citizens, corner Mount Dandenong Road and Civic Square, Croydon.

Appointment times have also been extended to ensure separation can be maintained between attendees.

We will also be offering flu-only sessions at both facilities. These additional sessions will cater for those people wanting to receive only the flu immunisation. Bookings will open for these sessions once the vaccine is available.

Bookings are essential for all immunisation services.

Please contact us to cancel your appointment if you can no longer attend the session.
