Revitalisation works at Jumping Creek, Warranwood.jpg

Revitalisation works are planned for Jumping Creek.

The section of Jumping Creek from Berrywood Walk to Kelly Court, as highlighted blue in the below figure, has been identified for improvement works including various access upgrades, water quality and revegetation works along the length of the reserve.

As part of the initial investigative works for the preparation of a Cultural Heritage Management Plan in conjunction with the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Aboriginal Corporation, Council will be undertaking weed management and access clearing along the creek channel. These land management works will allow for access to the reserve and the creek channel for investigative works and flora data collection.

Following the investigative and data collection works, it is anticipated that concept designs for the proposed works will be available shortly for community consultation.
