Main Stage  

The gardens were alive with music!

Festival patrons soaked up the grooves in Town Park with some of Melbourne's finest performers. The Main Stage featured a range of acts, including up-and-coming bands, local organisations and immersive cultural, including the Sounds of Polynesia. 

While in the area, festival-goers explored the local market stalls, enjoyed tasty treats from talented food vans, and then kicked back to relax and watch the entertainment. 

Canterbury Caravans Community Area  

The Community Area involved over 80 community and support groups showcasing their services through information and displays.

The Community Expo is an integral feature of the Maroondah Festival as it provides an opportunity for festival patrons to find information about the services available in their community.  

Kinley Kids Kingdom  

The Kids Kingdom was a mini festival just for kids.

It was a lot of fun with free kid's rides, art and craft activities, sand and water play, and captivating stage entertainment featuring explosive science, mystical illusions, music and dance. 

Eastland Fun and Fitness Area  

The Eastland Fun and Fitness Area was a hive of hands-on activity featuring a range of local businesses and sporting clubs showcasing their exciting fitness-related products, activities and products, including martial arts, volleyball, soccer, baseball, tennis and a lot more! 

Food 

A lap around the festival was sure to work up an appetite! The festival had many options to celebrate all of Maroondah's wonderful cultures with something to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.  

There was many options to choose from, including nachos, pizza, souvlaki, Greek and Spanish doughnuts, dumplings, slow-cooked meat, burgers, chicken wings, crepes, ice cream and twister potatoes, just to name a few.  

Market Stalls  

Whether you're shopping for a gift or want to treat yourself, the Maroondah Festival offered over 50 market stalls, including artisan items, trinkets, jewellery, novelties, toys and edible items.

The Artisan market had many special and unique handmade items.  

Youth Area  

This was the perfect space for young people with information from local services, performances, photo booths and excellent activities. 

Croydon Library 

The Croydon Library came alive with exciting activities, including story times, science demonstrations, scavenger hunts, crafts and more.

Thrill Zone 

The Thrill Zone featured your favourite carnival rides and activities, including dodgem cars, a mega extreme obstacle course, Cha Cha and more. Plus, there was a sideshow alley featuring laughing clowns, pluck a duck and show bags.   

Café Consult

The Café Consult marquee at Maroondah Festival was a opportunity for you to have your say on the future of Maroondah. Building on the new Maroondah 2040 Community Vision, Council was seeking ideas and suggestions on a range of projects and initiatives.
