Active Kids - Yoga and mindfulness classes

Move your body and grow your mind. Physical activity helps improve both body and brain health and helps build resilience in both kids and adults.

Join us for our children's yoga and mindful classes. 

Classes cost $10 per child.

Please note: parents/carers are required to stay with their child for the whole event their child is registered for. 

Thursday 21 September

• 12pm -1pm (kinder group 4/5 years)
• 1.30pm - 2.30pm (lower primary, 6-8 years)
• 3pm - 4pm (upper primary, 9-13 years)

Tuesday 26 September

• 12pm -1pm (kinder group 4/5 years)
• 1.30pm - 2.30pm (lower primary, 6-8 years)
• 3pm - 4pm (upper primary, 9-13 years)
