The exhibition shows  how art can reveal our innermost world to others, while also building a sense of togetherness and community. For the Gifford Arts group, art is a window into the soul no matter what our differences are. Each of the artists featured in the exhibition has embraced a variety of mediums. ranging from pastels, watercolours, acrylics and mixed media, to reveal their individual  and collaborative practice.

Gifford Arts is an inclusive arts program that has been running for over ten years in Croydon North and is supported by Uniting Harrison. The group welcomes participation from a diverse gathering of artists from all ages and walks of life, including those with and without disabilities.

Gifford Arts have been supported by the Cultural Facilities Hire Subsidy Program as part of Maroondah City Council’s COVID Recovery Plan which recognises that participation in arts and cultural activity is vital to a connected and culturally vibrant community.
