The Power of Connection is an interactive online presentation showing us how to find connection in an age of disconnection.
Presenter Esther Xu

Esther Xu is a motivational speaker who is keen to help guide others to find connection in this age of disconnection.

Esther’s aim is to reduce isolation and promote healing amongst community members, in addition to challenging the cultural stigma that surrounds cancer, as well as the fear of having cancer. Leaving behind her successful corporate engineering career, she is walking on a path that she believes leads to her life purpose.

Through her own journey of healing from cancer, Esther learnt that her number one priority is to find and build authentic connections with herself and others. Esther’s positive outlook on life coupled with her drive to educate others regarding her life and cancer experience contributes to an inspiring event for our community members to attend.

This is a free online event. You will be able to access the presentation from Wednesday 5 May until Wednesday 26 May.

This event is proudly brought to you by Maroondah City Council in partnership with Monash City Council, Knox City Council, City of Kingston and the City of Boroondara.
