There is a maximum of 20 participants per workshop.  

These workshops are proudly brought to you by Maroondah City Council in partnership with Eastern Regional Libraries, EACH and Neami National.  

About workshop facilitator Bev Aisbett

Bev Aisbett is the author of 16 highly regarded illustrated self-help books on overcoming anxiety, depression and low self-esteem; most notably Living with IT and Taming the Black Dog and is the co-author of The Illustrated Happiness Trap Handbookwith Dr Russ Harris.

Bev’s latest title Cruising Through Calamityis is being released in January 2021 and is aimed at assisting people with anxiety through not only the challenges of COVID-19 but any of life’s most stressful events.

For the past 25 years, Bev’s ground-breaking Art of Anxiety workshops have assisted thousands of people to find relief from anxiety, depression and allied conditions.
