Come along to ArtSpace at Realm for an exciting new project conceived by Born in a Taxi who return to Ringwood with their riotous humour and physical theatre following the success of Enlighten in Ringwood Town Square in September 2022.
The artists will create an installation and performance that explores the moment at midnight when today and tomorrow collide, a crack in time, where the unknown resides and shadows hide imaginative flights of fancy.
Born in a Taxi will be in residence three days a week over three weeks from 8 to 26 February creating a performance and a midnight world, set and costumes in which to perform.
Using paper and lighting to create a layered and textured world of light and dark, where things are concealed and revealed, the company will explore what lurks in the shadows as the old familiarity of daylight subsides and a flickering within lights up the improbable.
