Come along to one of our free Sleep and Settling Information Sessions for Parents and Caregivers for newborn babies 0 to 3 months.

Both face to face and online group sessions are available. See booking link for session dates.

Topics covered will include:

  • Typical sleep patterns and routines
  • Typical baby development and how it can affect sleep patterns
  • Age appropriate sleep and settling strategies  
  • Challenging sleep patterns  
  • Common challenges families experience and resources available. 

There will be opportunity at the end of the session to ask any questions and have a one on one phone call with the group facilitator if you choose to. 

Book into a session

  • Face to face sessions are held at Ringwood Maternal Child Health Centre - 18 Notlen Street, Ringwood.
  • Online sessions are held via MS Teams. A meeting link will be sent.
  • When: Wednesdays from 9am to 10.30am
  • Cost: Free
  • The preference is one carer to attend face to face sessions to allow maximum number of families to access these information sessions. Babies in arms are welcome. If you have babies/toddlers that are on the move we suggest arranging alternative care due to limited space availability. We would like to accommodate all families so if you have any difficulties with arranging care please contact sleepandsettling@maroondah.vic.gov.au and our team will get back to you.
