Come along to one of our free Sleep and Settling Information Sessions for Parents and Caregivers of toddlers 12 months to 2 years.
Topics covered will include:
- Typical sleep patterns and routines
- Typical baby development and how it can affect sleep patterns
- Age appropriate sleep and settling strategies
- Challenging sleep patterns
- Common challenges families experience and resources available.
There will be opportunity at the end of the session to ask any questions and have a one on one phone call with the group facilitator if you choose to.

- Online sessions are held via MS Teams. A meeting link will be sent.
