LETS learn, experience, think and share together. Join the Maroondah Lift Project and learn simple and easy strategies to help improve your mental wellbeing.

The Maroondah Lift Project is a wellbeing adventure designed to lift the spirits of individuals, groups and organisations within Maroondah. It uniquely brings together scientifically-proven strategies from the exciting fields of Neuroscience, positive Psychology and Lifestyle Medicine. With a focus on mental wellbeing, this project will show you how to increase your resilience and happiness no matter where you’re at!

Register for either the online sessions and complete the program in your own time, or attend our ‘face to face’ sessions and work through the program with others.

The Maroondah Lift Project commences on Sunday 19 June, 2022 with new lesson links available each Sunday. All lessons will remain open for two weeks after the program finishes.
