National Ride2Work Day is a fun social celebration of cycling and the perfect opportunity to try riding to work or the station.

Have you ever considered riding to work? Riding to work is a fun, cheap and convenient way to help you stay fit! Join thousands of people all over the country by riding to work or your closest train station on Wednesday 19 October for National Ride2Work Day.

According to the Department of Health, more than half of all Australian adults are currently not active enough. Cycling to work is a great way to accommodate incidental activity into your day. Being active in the morning can also improve cognitive ability and increase your productivity.

Ride2Work Day is not just for experienced riders – it’s a great chance for beginners to have a go and learn more from experienced riders. If you're thinking about riding to work, Ride2Work day is a great way to get started.

Free community breakfast

What is Ride2Work Day all about?

Whether you’re a regular two-wheeled commuter or looking to start a new healthy habit, National Ride2Work Day is all about supporting your decision to jump on the bike.
