This guide provides a list of agencies and recycling centres to help with safe disposal of waste items and correct recycling procedures.

Charges may apply for some items; we recommend you contact the facility to confirm any costs before taking your items.

National Television & Computer Recycling Scheme

The National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme provides Australian householders and small business with access to free recycling services for:

  • televisions
  • computers
  • printers
  • computer products (such as keyboards, mice and hard drives).

Pet waste composter. To purchase a pet waste composter visit our compost systems page. 

Wrap in a plastic bag and place in your garbage bin, emptied weekly.
