These fees apply to permits for works that may impact roads, footpaths or other infrastructure.

Minor works

Minor works include verandah deck, pergola, alfresco area, retaining walls, underpinning, restumping.

  • Bond is retained until works are complete
  • A standard street frontage is 15 to 20 metres wide. Corner properties count as two street frontages

Major works

Major works include demolition, single dwelling construction, swimming pool or spa, carport, shed, garage, dependent persons unit, extension, addition/alteration, earthworks.
