Simple easy to follow Qigong movements and meditation to help balance body's energy, improve overall health, wellness and happiness. Suitable for all ages and capabilities. No equipment needed.

Please note: Qigong can be done sitting, standing or lying down. No previous experience necessary. Feel free to bring a mat or cushion for comfort if preferred.
