Qigong resources 'head-to-toe healing' and book 'born a healer'

Enjoy the practice of Qigong in an open space following the guide of local Spring Forest Qigong Certified Practice Group Leader.

Simple easy to follow Qigong movements and meditation to help balance body's energy, improve overall health, wellness and happiness. Suitable for all ages and capabilities. No equipment needed.

Session approximately 45 minutes. 

What the session will entail

Class movements may vary each week, lesson plan guide includes:

  • Qi-Tips
  • Warm up movements
  • Spring Forest Qigong active and refined meditation.
  • Soothing Exercises.

Please note: Qigong can be done sitting, standing or lying down. No previous experience necessary. Feel free to bring a mat or cushion for comfort if preferred.
