Regular maternal and child health programs

Council is currently assessing the allocation of funding following the recent decision by the Victorian Government not to renew its financial support for some regular programs, including Sleep and Settling information.

Maroondah City Council runs a number of services and information sessions to ensure the health of babies and ease the concerns of new parents. They are held regularly and are free for Maroondah residents with young children.

Newborn and infant feeding support

If you are experiencing difficulties with breastfeeding or bottle feeding, your MCH nurse can provide information and support.
