First time parent groups

First time parent groups provide an opportunity to connect with other first time parents that live in your area.

These groups are led by an MCH nurse who will provide information such as sleep and settling, community resources, parenting and healthy relationships and safety tips for the home.

How to participate

Your MCH nurse will invite you to four sessions, including a library session. Partners and support persons are welcome to attend.
