Women out Working (WOW) is a hands-on training program designed to empower women and equip them with the skills, confidence, and experience needed to succeed in the workforce.

Prioritising long-term unemployed women registered with a Workforce Australia (WFA) employment service provider, WOW provides an opportunity to gain practical experience and personalised support in a small, focused setting - with just four participants per intake.

Participants will gain:

  • Hands-on service in Hungry 4 Success - Cafe & Catering
  • Accredited Food Safety Supervision Skill Set
  • Food Handling & Hygiene
  • Personal Presentation
  • Basic Coffee Making
  • Point of Sale (POS)
  • Pathway Planning
  • Customer Service
  • Job-Ready Skills
  • Stock Control

 

Through one-on-one mentoring and tailored skill development, WOW helps you build your confidence and increase your chances of securing paid employment.
