Sleep and settling concerns are common issues affecting families with children aged from birth to school age. Recognising the importance of sleep for a child’s long-term development and for the wellbeing of families, the Victorian Government is making significant investments to provide additional support for Victorian families through the ‘More help for new Victorian mums and dads’ initiative.
Sleep and settling information sessions are returning in September.
Learn about your baby’s behaviour and how to establish and develop a daily routine based on feed/play/sleep.
Our Sleep and Settling Information Sessions cover a number of topics such as:
- Age specific development and what to expect
- Responsive settling strategies
- Typical sleep patterns and routines
- Challenging sleep problems
- Maternal and paternal wellbeing
