Direct debit request form - Rates

You can apply to pay your rates by direct debit instalments using direct debit from your bank account. You can do this online, or by email, mail, or in person.

To pay your entire 24/25 Rates Notice via direct debit instalments, please complete the direct debit request by 20 September 2024.

If you want to change to direct debit past the first instalment date listed on your 23/24 Rates Notice, all owing payments need to be made before submitting a direct debit request for remaining instalments.

Direct debits will be made on the following dates each year, unless they fall on a weekend or public holiday, where the debit will be processed the next available business day.
