A resident parking permit allows people to park in their own street where restrictions usually apply. If you live in the Ringwood Metropolitan Activity Centre (RMAC) area, please see Resident parking permits - RMAC

To apply for a parking permit:

  1.  Check the list of streets to see if your residential street is eligible for a permit.  A maximum of 2 permits per residential address will be issued.

  2. Complete the resident parking application form:

  3. Attach supporting documents.
    You need to supply a copy of two documents featuring your name and address (see application form for details).

  4. Submit your application and documents to Council (there are no fees for Non-RMAC parking permits):
    in person at a Council service centre
    by mail: PO Box 156, Ringwood 3134

Your resident parking permit will be sent to you within 10 business days from the date we receive your application, documents and fee.
