To produce street art in Maroondah, you will need to apply for a permit.
Permits are issued for a maximum of 3 months.
Apply for a permit
1. Complete your application, including all required documentation.

Consent is required if the applicant or participant/s are under 16 years of age
2. Submit your application, all required documentation and applicable fee:
- in person at a Council Service Centre
- by mail: PO Box 156 Ringwood 3134
- via fax: 9294 5634
- by email: maroondah@maroondah.vic.gov.au
3. If approved, you will receive your permit by mail within 10 business days of your application being received.
Permits will be issued for the duration of the display, and for a maximum of 3 months.

A fee exemption will only be given to applicants who are either:
- residents of Maroondah City Council
- school groups or students (that reside or attend school within Maroondah City Council)
