To celebrate Men’s Health Week, Glen Park Community Centre invites you to take part in Lads in Lycra, a relaxed community bike ride focused on wellbeing, staying active and spending time together.
This is a low‑pressure, social ride designed for all fitness levels. The ride will be supported by experienced riders and takes place in a friendly group setting.
After the ride, enjoy a free BBQ cooked and served by the Croydon Men’s Shed and Bunnings Bayswater. This is a chance to relax, eat together and connect with others.
Men’s Health Week is an annual awareness week that encourages men to look after their physical and mental wellbeing, stay active and stay connected with others.
