Waste, Litter and Resource Recovery Strategy 2020-2030

The Maroondah 2050 Community Vision document provides a roadmap for our community, Council and other levels of government to partner together and create a future that enhances Maroondah as a great place to live, work, play and visit.

The Waste, Litter and Resource Recovery Strategy seeks to ensure:

  • Outcome 1 - Less waste is sent to landfill
  • Outcome 2 - More resources are recovered and recycled
  • Outcome 3 - Our community is informed, with the capacity to make sustainable decisions
  • Outcome 4 - We have clean streets, parks and open spaces.
