Mindful walking program
Did you know that mindful walking can help reduce stress and anxiety while improving sleep, overall mood and is great for mental wellbeing? Join us on a quiet walk through serene bushland and learn some of the important practices of mindfulness.
Facilitated by Angela Harris, the mindful walking program will take you on a journey of connection and exploration. We will explore what it feels like to truly live in the moment while connecting to our bodies, our minds and the world around us.
Each mindful walking program runs for four consecutive weeks, with one session each week. Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions to receive the maximum benefits of the program (though this is not compulsory).
