Mindful walking program

Join our four week mindful walking series to help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your mental wellbeing.

Did you know that mindful walking can help reduce stress and anxiety while improving sleep, overall mood and is great for mental wellbeing? Join us on a quiet walk through serene bushland and learn some of the important practices of mindfulness.

Facilitated by Angela Harris, this mindful walking series will take you on a journey of connection and exploration. We will explore what it feels like to truly live in the moment while connecting to our bodies, our minds and the world around us. Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions to receive the maximum benefits of the program (though this is not compulsory).

Participants should be comfortable walking short distances on gravelled or grassed pathways. Sessions will take place in most weather conditions and may be moved inside if required.
