Demolition permit (section 29A) - application fee	$99.30
Change an approved permit
Building permit - class 1 - amendment - application fee	$700
Building permit - class 2 to 9 - amendment - application fee	$950
Building permit - class 10 - amendment - application fee	$700

*This is the application fee only. The balance of the permit fee will be invoiced separately based upon cost of building works.
