Planning permits

Fees and charges below relate to planning permit triggers under the Maroondah Planning Scheme. Information provided is a summary of fees set within the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2016 and Subdivision (Fees) Regulations 2016. Should any discrepancy exist, fees set within the relevant regulations apply.

Planning permits

  • Fees are non-refundable
  • For combined applications, the total fee is based on the highest applicable fee plus 50% of each additional statutory fee.
