Road reconstruction work is planned for Ainslie Park Avenue, with works proposed to commence from August 2025.

Ainslie Park Avenue has been identified as requiring road rehabilitation work due to the significant deterioration of the kerb and channel, and road pavement.

Works will include:

• Reconstruction of concrete kerb and channel;
• Reconstruction of vehicle crossovers;
• Reconstruction of deteriorated footpath segments;
• New stormwater drainage infrastructure; and
• Asphalt resurfacing of the road pavement.
