State Government Planning Scheme Changes

The State Government released Victoria’s Housing Statement: The decade ahead 2024-2034 in September 2023. The document sets a target to build 800,000 homes in Victoria over the next decade.

A range of associated programs have been launched and changes made to Victorian Planning Schemes since publication of the Housing Statement. Some of the changes made will have a significant impact on development in Maroondah.
