Beginners Photography Course

This class is perfect for photographers at a beginner level and also those looking to refresh their camera skills.

Join Croydon Camera House as we explore the basics of photography and show you how to use the functions of your DSLR or mirrorless camera. 

Over two evenings you will delve into all the functions of your DSLR camera, through a combination of practical and theoretical learning. You will get hands on experience, allowing you to become confident shooting off automatic mode. With our help, you can make the most out of your camera and achieve the photos you want.

Please note: this class is aimed at participants with DSLR and mirrorless systems (i.e. cameras with interchangeable lenses).

Class details

The class runs monthly over two consecutive Tuesday evenings.

• Time: 7pm to 9:30pm
• Venue: Croydon Camera House, Level 1, 125-129 Main Street, Croydon Victoria 3136
• Cost: $179 for the two nights (includes printed materials to take home). If the camera was purchased at Croydon or Ringwood Camera House you will receive a discounted price of $129 for the two nights.
• Class sizes are limited to eight participants.
