Come along and meet like-minded people and help us enhance the natural environment at Cheong Park with a planting day

Working bee details

  • Date: Wednesday 12 July 2026
  • Time: 9:00am onwards
  • Meeting point: Cheong Park, 84-100 Bayswater Road, Croydon 3136. meet at BBQ area 

What to wear

  • sturdy closed toe shoes
  • long pants
  • long-sleeved shirt
  • weather appropriate clothing (hat, warm jacket etc.)

What to bring

  • drinking water
  • gardening gloves
  • gardening tools such as a small spade, if you have one

  • gardening kneeling mat if needed

     

 

 

 

When

Location

The group will meet at the BBQ area at 9am. If you arrive late, we’ll be moving around the reserve to plant across the whole area, so take a walk and come find us!
