Maroondah Carols

Maroondah Carols is a free event that welcomes our community to come together and celebrate the festive season.

The night is filled with pre-show entertainment, wonderful performers, the Maroondah Carols Band, delicious food vendors, a free kid’s zone and a spectacular firework show that will light up the Maroondah night sky.

Pre-show entertainment - 6pm

• Jem & Damo - 6pm to 6.30pm
• Croydon Hills Primary School - 6.35pm to 6.45pm
• Stellar Music - 6.50pm to 7.20pm

Our free Eastland Kids Zone is full of activities for the entire family.  This space features plenty of pre-show fun, free activities and entertainment for the kids, including face painting, giant bubbles, inflatables & rides, craft activities, and a free photo booth.

The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks finale.  The display will run for approximately 7 mins.

What to bring

Please bring a picnic rug, chair (low back only), sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, appropriate clothing for the weather and a torch.

Please do not bring tents, marquees or your pets as the fireworks can cause distress to animals.

Food and drinks

Bring along a picnic hamper and dine on the lawns or purchase dinner from one of the many food vendors on site.

Please note there is no ATM on site. 

Other important information

The Maroondah Carols is a smoke, vape and dog free family event.

Visit the information tent to receive a free child’s wristband to write your contact details on just in case you and your child get separated.

Help minimise waste this festive season by bringing your own re-usable drink bottles to fill up at the free water station and bring food in re-usable containers to minimise waste left on site.
