Join us for a free community forum focused on healthy living, active movement and positive ageing.

This event is designed for men, particularly older men, who are interested in learning practical ways to support their physical and mental wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment. The forum provides an opportunity to listen, learn and ask questions, with practical information you can apply to everyday life. Topics will cover nutrition, wellbeing and the importance of staying active as you age, along with information about local services and supports.

About the presenters

Sheldon – Dietitian, Each
Sheldon will speak about nutrition and how making informed food choices can support long-term health and wellbeing.

Stephen and Tammie – Lived Experience Peer Support Workers, Each
Stephen and Tammie will share insights into mental wellbeing, drawing on lived experience and practical approaches to supporting positive mental health.

Ashley – Group Fitness Manager, Maroondah Leisure
Ashley will discuss the benefits of physical activity and movement, and how staying active supports healthy ageing.
