Come along and experience the heart of Parkwood Hub at our Community Barbecue, held in the beautiful sensory garden at North Ringwood Community House. This relaxed, family-friendly event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with neighbours, meet local community groups, and discover what’s happening right here in your neighbourhood.

Enjoy a free sausage sizzle while exploring the Hub and taking guided tours of local organisations including U3A Ringwood, Ringwood Men's Shed, Maroondah Toy Library and North Ringwood Community House. Learn about classes, social groups, volunteering opportunities and activities for all ages.

Grab a coffee or cold drink from the Slow Lane Coffee van, bring the kids to explore the garden, and take a moment to visit our much-loved “street” library located along the garden fence inside Parkwood Reserve — handcrafted by the Ringwood Men’s Shed and stocked for the whole community to enjoy.

Whether you’re new to the area or have lived locally for years, this is a chance to connect, discover and celebrate the vibrant community spirit of Parkwood Hub.
