Pilates – Strengthen, Stretch & Restore

Perfect for all fitness levels, Pilates helps you build strength without strain, reduce tension, and enhance balance. Our experienced instructor will guide you through safe, effective exercises that leave you feeling energized and refreshed.

This class is for general fitness and movement only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program.

All of our exercise tutors are experienced and fully qualified fitness professionals dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

Mondays 9:15 am – 10:15 am
Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, and take time for yourself to move, breathe, and restore.
