Our experienced trainer will guide you through exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall health. You'll work on weight training, cardio, flexibility, balance all while having fun! You will use weights, resistance bands, steps & mats.
This class is suitable for most ages & fitness levels. All exercises can be modified to suit the individual. Chairs are available for those who can't lie down.
