Strength & Balance Foundations Program — Legacy Health and Fitness, Ringwood
Feeling less steady on your feet? Moving a little less than you used to? This program was built for you.
Legacy Health and Fitness in Ringwood has launched a new 8-week Strength and Balance Foundations Program specifically designed for adults 60+ who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their everyday life.
This is not a regular gym class. It's a small, supportive group program with fully qualified coaches and plenty of individual attention.
What the program includes:

Progressive strength training designed specifically for older adults

Balance and stability work to reduce your risk of falls

Bone health and density support

A private 1:1 session with your coach before you start so the program is tailored to you

Small group sessions so you're never left to figure it out on your own
Why it matters:
Falls are one of the leading causes of injury and hospitalisation for adults over 60. Regular strength and balance training is one of the most effective and evidence-based ways to reduce that risk, improve mobility, and maintain independence as you age.
Program details:

8 weeks, two sessions per week

Monday and Wednesday at 10:45am

Located at 4 Station St, Ringwood (opposite Ringwood Station)

Open to all fitness levels. No experience required.
